Robotics Engineering Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a robotics engineering intern you will be responsible for researching, developing, and testing robotics components, systems and simulations. On a day to day basis you will be working with technologies such as ROS, ROS2, Unity Sim, SLAM, Controls, and other robotics technologies. This is a remote role, and you will be collaborating with a highly skilled and experienced team of engineers and developers. We are looking for someone driven by a passion for developing robotic systems, and looking to work in a dynamic environment. This position also comes with the potential of conversion to a full-time role.

WORK LOCATION

The position is fully remote (within India)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience with robotics software and hardware, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and communication devices
  • Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python
  • Proficiency with ROS/ROS2
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and execute tasks in a timely manner
  • Experience with simulation tools such as Gazebo or Unity is a plus
  • Availability to work full/part time for at least 6 months, and potential to continue or convert to a full time role thereafter
